SRX5823840: WGS of Enterorhabdus caecamuris, strain NM80_B27: murine gut isolate
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina NovaSeq 6000) run: 13.6M spots, 3.8G bases, 1.1Gb downloads

Design: Sequencing performed by Dr. Brian Yu at the Genomics Platform of the Chan Zuckerberg Biohub. Nextera XT kits were used to make the libraries with CZ Biohubs custom designed adapters - 12 bp index sequences on each side of the library and are dual unique so that each sequence only appears once. The libraries were made in 384 well plates in 4 uL of total volume. Genomic DNA was diluted to 0.18 ng/uL and 0.4 uL was added to the library prep reaction using Mosquito HTS from TTP. 0.5 uL of the library was pooled for sequencing. Sequencing was performed on a NovaSeq S4 flow cell with the run configuration 140 (12) (12) 140, so thats 2x140 bps with dual 12 bp index sequences.
